Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed and accurate floor plans for residential and commercial projects.
- Collaborate with architects and project managers to refine design concepts and space layouts.
- Ensure all technical drawings comply with local building regulations and safety standards.
- Prepare structural specifications and material estimates based on created designs.
- Review and revise blueprints to incorporate changes requested by clients or project stakeholders.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in CAD drawings to ensure smooth construction workflows.
- Conduct site visits or field measurements when necessary to support design accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; Licensed Civil Engineer is a plus.
- Proven experience in drafting floor plans and architectural design.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar drafting software.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, structural standards, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret architectural drawings.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Cebu City.
