Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and structural analysis of large-scale civil engineering projects
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and government agencies during project execution
- Conduct site investigations and prepare detailed engineering drawings/specifications
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality control measures
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and building codes
- Manage resources and timelines to meet project milestones
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering construction
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software
- Professional Engineer (PIPI) certification preferred
- Experience with infrastructure projects in Jakarta metropolitan area
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
