We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will lead and manage the design, planning, and execution of complex projects including dam construction, jetty development, irrigation channels, and other critical water management structures. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the construction of dams, jetties, irrigation channels, and other hydro-technical structures.
- Conduct site investigations, topographic surveys, and feasibility studies to support project planning.
- Prepare and review engineering designs, technical drawings, and specifications using relevant software.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and government agencies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and labor.
- Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in dam, jetty, irrigation, or related hydro-technical projects.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic and geotechnical engineering principles.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SAP2000, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (oral and written) is required.
- Professional certification (e.g., P.Eng, or equivalent) is a plus.
