In this pivotal role, you'll design, construct, and maintain critical infrastructure for our poultry processing facilities, cold storage units, and operational centers. Your expertise will ensure compliance with industry standards, optimize facility layouts for efficiency, and support our expansion goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and oversee construction of poultry processing plants, cold storage facilities, and ancillary infrastructure
- Conduct site inspections, feasibility studies, and compliance audits for structural integrity
- Develop detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for capital projects
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery
- Implement safety protocols and environmental standards for all construction activities
- Manage facility maintenance programs and structural improvement initiatives
- Optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency in production environments
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (licensed preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in industrial or agribusiness infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural design software
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost management
- Experience with environmental compliance and safety regulations
- Proven project management skills with budget oversight capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving mindset for addressing complex engineering challenges
