Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, design, and oversee the construction of sustainable infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and soil analysis to ensure structural integrity.
- Prepare technical reports, project blueprints, and cost estimations for stakeholders.
- Ensure all project activities comply with local government regulations and environmental safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including contractors, architects, and government officials.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure strict adherence to project timelines and budget allocation.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high engineering standards throughout the project cycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in infrastructure or construction management.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, or Civil 3D.
- Strong understanding of structural design principles and local Indonesian building codes (SNI).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage on-site teams.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues in real-time on the construction site.
- Willingness to be stationed in Palu and adapt to project requirements.
