Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily site operations and construction activities to ensure timely project delivery.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, schedules, and budget estimates using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to building codes.
- Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to optimize efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate potential engineering risks and safety hazards on site.
- Ensure all engineering documentation and reports are accurate and up-to-date.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil construction or project management.
- Strong proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or MS Project.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent local engineering qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of Malaysian building standards, safety regulations, and construction laws.
