Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects from planning to execution phase
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, contractors, and government agencies
- Conduct site inspections, quality control, and risk mitigation assessments
- Develop technical documentation, feasibility studies, and design specifications
- Mentor junior engineers and foster professional development within the team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5+ years of civil engineering experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Professional Engineer (PIPI) certification or equivalent qualification preferred
- Proven track record in infrastructure or construction project delivery
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project software
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes (SNI) and international standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
