Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement detailed project schedules for work, materials, and human resources
- Lead on-site supervisory activities ensuring compliance with engineering specifications
- Coordinate between contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines
- Manage site personnel including training and performance oversight
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare progress reports and maintain documentation systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of site management experience in construction
- Proficiency in project scheduling and resource planning tools
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction methods
- Leadership experience managing technical teams
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Problem-solving skills for on-site technical challenges
