Tanggung Jawab
- Lead planning, design, and execution of civil infrastructure projects
- Ensure compliance with POP (Perencanaan, Organisasi, dan Pengawasan) standards
- Implement K3 Konstruksi safety protocols across all construction sites
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and regulatory bodies
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance audits
- Prepare technical documentation and project reports
- Mentor junior engineers and construction teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (S1 Teknik Sipil)
- Valid POP (Perencanaan, Organisasi, dan Pengawasan) certification
- Ahli K3 Konstruksi certification mandatory
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp for design modeling
- Minimum 3 years of civil infrastructure project experience
- Strong understanding of Indonesian construction regulations
- Proven project management and leadership skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
