Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering plans, specifications, and quality standards
- Conduct on-site inspections of materials, equipment, and workmanship for civil structures
- Prepare detailed technical reports, inspection logs, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues
- Verify adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Implement corrective actions for non-conforming work and maintain quality control records
- Provide technical guidance during construction phases of civil infrastructure projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil construction site supervision
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction codes (SNI) and international standards
- Certification in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Experience with construction documentation and reporting systems
- Ability to work independently in remote site environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
