Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage civil engineering design and construction phases for large-scale overseas projects.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Perform comprehensive structural analysis and technical site assessments to ensure safety and compliance.
- Prepare detailed progress reports, budget forecasts, and engineering documentation for senior management.
- Implement rigorous quality control and assurance procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and mentor junior engineering staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Resolve on-site technical challenges and implement engineering solutions in real-time.
- Ensure all site activities strictly adhere to local and international health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Professional Engineer (PE) status is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in infrastructure or large-scale building construction.
- Proven track record of managing overseas or cross-border engineering projects.
- Advanced proficiency in CAD software, BIM, and structural analysis tools (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000).
- In-depth knowledge of international building codes and standard construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC).
- Exceptional problem-solving, project management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate or travel extensively as required by project sites.
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
