Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, blueprints, and documentation for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects and interior designers.
- Ensure strict adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks during the construction process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project development or construction management within the property sector.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant engineering software.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian building codes and construction regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse teams and clients.
