Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction operations at the project site to ensure compliance with engineering designs and specifications.
- Interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and technical documentation to guide site teams effectively.
- Monitor and manage progress against project schedules, addressing bottlenecks to prevent delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Collaborate with architects, subcontractors, and clients to resolve technical issues during construction.
- Maintain detailed site reports, documentation, and progress logs for management review.
- Manage material procurement and usage, ensuring cost-efficiency and minimizing project waste.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC license required).
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in site supervision or project engineering.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, construction safety (COSH), and structural standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and structural analysis software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse on-site crews.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict project deadlines.
