In this role, you will be exposed to the full lifecycle of engineering projects, from initial site visits and feasibility studies to detailed design reviews and final inspection reports. Tanggung Jawab
- Site Supervision Support: Assist in the daily monitoring of construction activities to ensure they comply with approved drawings and specifications.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare and review technical drawings, material specifications, and site reports using AutoCAD and standard engineering software.
- Project Coordination: Facilitate communication between contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Quality Assurance: Assist in conducting material testing and quality control checks to ensure compliance with Malaysian Standards (MSS) and BSA regulations.
- Design Assistance: Support senior engineers in structural calculations, quantity take-offs (BOQ), and feasibility studies.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all engineering activities adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental guidelines on site.
- Report Preparation: Compile progress reports and maintenance logs for project managers and stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply).
- Technical Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and MS Office suite.
- Local Knowledge: Understanding of Malaysian construction codes, standards (BSA/MSS), and tendering processes is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Professional Attributes: Proactive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to travel to project sites.
- Driver’s License: A valid driving license is preferred as site visits are a regular part of the role.
