China Construction Yangtze River Indonesia is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Civil Engineer (QA/QC | Design and Technical Engineer) to join our growing team. We are a leading infrastructure developer committed to delivering world-class construction projects across Indonesia. This hybrid role is critical in ensuring the structural integrity and design excellence of our projects while maintaining strict quality control standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in civil engineering and the ability to communicate effectively in English to collaborate with international stakeholders.
As part of our technical team, you will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, reviewing technical designs, and ensuring that all construction activities comply with safety and engineering regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting routine Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) inspections on construction sites to ensure compliance with design specifications and international standards.
- Reviewing and analyzing engineering drawings, technical documents, and blueprints to ensure accuracy before implementation.
- Collaborating with design teams and international supervisors to interpret technical requirements and provide feedback.
- Preparing detailed reports on project progress, material quality, and technical discrepancies.
- Ensuring all construction activities adhere to local Indonesian building codes (SNI) and safety regulations.
- Managing technical documentation, including test results, inspection logs, and quality certificates.
- Assisting in the resolution of technical challenges and engineering design modifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in QA/QC roles within the construction or engineering industry.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) to effectively communicate with global teams.
- Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Tekla Structures is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian construction codes (SNI) and international quality standards (ISO).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in problem-solving.
- Valid Engineerās license (SIP) is an advantage.
