Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive road construction plans, technical specifications, and site layouts.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D to create accurate project drawings and 3D models.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, ensure compliance with design specifications, and maintain quality control standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, stakeholders, and local government units to ensure seamless project execution.
- Perform geotechnical analysis and data interpretation to support road stability and safety.
- Prepare accurate bill of quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and project timelines.
- Identify potential construction hazards and implement effective mitigation strategies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, progress tracking, and compliance logs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; valid PRC License is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in road construction or infrastructure project management.
- Proficiency in design software, specifically AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Strong understanding of road design standards, structural integrity, and local construction codes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in both office and field environments, including remote site locations.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet strict project deadlines under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
