In this role, you will play a critical part in the lifecycle of major transportation projects, from initial design and feasibility studies to on-site construction supervision and quality control.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute detailed engineering designs for road and highway infrastructure projects.
- Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and traffic impact assessments.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and on-site teams to ensure adherence to technical specifications and safety protocols.
- Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with local engineering codes and regulations.
- Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and progress documentation for project stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and mitigate design or construction-related risks to ensure on-time delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in road and highway construction or infrastructure development.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of local road and highway safety standards and engineering regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple project workstreams effectively under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for site-to-office liaison.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Graduate Engineer status with BEM/IEM is highly preferred.
