Tanggung Jawab
- Design and certify complex scaffolding structures using specialized engineering software.
- Conduct rigorous load-bearing calculations and stability analyses for all temporary structures.
- Perform daily on-site inspections to ensure scaffolding systems comply with design specifications and safety codes.
- Supervise the assembly, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding units to ensure operational safety.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and safety documentation.
- Coordinate closely with project managers and site contractors to align scaffolding schedules with project milestones.
- Enforce strict adherence to DOLE Occupational Safety and Health standards and international scaffolding regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC Registered).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in structural design or site engineering, specifically focused on scaffolding.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD.Pro).
- Valid COSH (Construction Occupational Safety and Health) certification is a significant advantage.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of scaffolders and technicians.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on-site in Talisay, Batangas.
