Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage technical engineering projects from conception through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, detailed drawings, and engineering specifications for stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including architects, project managers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with local building codes, environmental laws, and industry best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the project team to foster professional growth.
- Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of proven experience in civil engineering or technical project management roles.
- Strong proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD applications.
- Professional certification or registration with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) is highly desirable.
- Excellent project management skills with a strong focus on detail and organizational capabilities.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
