Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and supervise on-site civil works for solar panel mounting structures and electrical infrastructure.
- Conduct regular Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to guide construction teams effectively.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Ensure all structural components and foundations are built to withstand environmental conditions and load requirements.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate documentation of construction activities and site conditions.
Kualifikasi
- Licensed Civil Engineer (with valid Professional License).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil works supervision, preferably within the solar, construction, or electrical industry.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, structural drawings, and technical plans.
- Knowledge of relevant Philippine National Standards (PNS) and local building codes.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and other civil engineering software.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct and motivate construction teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
