Join Inter Island Manpower as a Civil Engineer specializing in steel structure design and implementation. This full-time role offers competitive compensation and a dynamic work environment where you'll contribute to cutting-edge infrastructure projects. You'll be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of steel structures, ensuring compliance with Singaporean building codes and safety standards. The position includes Monday-Friday work with half-day Saturdays, providing a balanced schedule while delivering high-impact engineering solutions.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and analyze steel structural systems for commercial and industrial projects
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, calculations, and technical specifications
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction phases
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Building Authority (BCA) regulations
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
- Review and approve structural designs and material specifications
- Manage project timelines and deliverables within budget constraints
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in steel structure design
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, ETABS)
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean building codes and standards
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Experience with construction site management and coordination
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
