Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all on-site construction activities and engineering operations.
- Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and construction workers.
- Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare detailed project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and government agencies to facilitate project approvals and execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential risks and implement corrective measures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional License (Philippines) to practice Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction supervision.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cost estimation and structural analysis.
