Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all civil engineering works, specifically focusing on the erection and installation of steel structures for the Greenfield project.
- Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, drawings, and local building codes.
- Implement and enforce robust safety protocols and quality control procedures to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
- Review and approve technical submissions, method statements, and material requisitions related to civil and steel structural works.
- Prepare regular progress reports, documentation, and maintain accurate records of site activities.
- Mentor and lead junior engineers and site personnel, fostering a productive and safe working environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with significant exposure to Greenfield projects and steel structure construction.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or site management role, leading teams and overseeing project execution.
- Strong understanding of structural analysis, design principles, and construction methodologies for steel structures.
- Familiarity with relevant Singapore building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro) is a plus.
