Asticom is looking for a dedicated Civil/Structural Engineer to join our team in Davao City. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical integrity and safety of our telecommunications infrastructure sites. We are seeking a professional who can bridge the gap between technical engineering design and on-site execution, ensuring that all construction activities meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects for telecommunications infrastructure.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications.
- Review and interpret complex structural drawings, blueprints, and technical plans.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to resolve engineering challenges on-site.
- Ensure all civil works strictly comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Perform material testing and quality assurance checks to maintain structural integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a preference for experience in the telecommunications or infrastructure sector.
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis, building materials, and construction methods.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with local construction codes and safety regulations in the Philippines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
