Tanggung Jawab
- Review and evaluate structural and civil engineering plans for warehouse and industrial buildings.
- Perform regular site inspections to ensure construction quality and strict adherence to project specifications.
- Calculate loads, stresses, and structural requirements for steel frameworks and foundations.
- Coordinate effectively with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for project stakeholders.
- Supervise construction teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in steel structure and warehouse construction projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software and structural engineering design tools.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine National Building Code (NPBC) and local regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and technical writing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project priorities effectively.
- Valid Professional Civil Engineer (PE) license is a significant advantage.
