Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and supervision of civil engineering construction sites to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently to maximize profitability and minimize delays.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, site supervisors, and laborers to foster a culture of safety and excellence.
- Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
- Liaise with clients, government officials, and international partners (especially Mandarin-speaking counterparts) to ensure clear communication and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed progress reports, cost estimates, and technical documentation for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in construction management, preferably in large-scale civil engineering projects.
- Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with international teams and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and technical tools like AutoCAD or BIM.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian construction laws, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal communication skills.
