Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive instruction in Civil Engineering subjects (structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, transportation systems)
- Develop and update curriculum materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools
- Conduct laboratory sessions, fieldwork, and practical demonstrations
- Evaluate student performance through examinations, projects, and assignments
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to engineering students
- Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum reviews, and accreditation processes
- Integrate industry software (AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000) into practical coursework
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Professional Civil Engineer license (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience in higher education
- Strong proficiency in engineering design software and industry standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience developing practical laboratory exercises
- Commitment to student-centered learning methodologies
