Are you a passionate Civil Engineering student looking to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world application? Pinhome is a leading property technology company, and we are currently seeking a proactive Civil Engineering Intern to join our Home Repair and Renovation team in Jakarta.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting our operational projects, ensuring quality control in construction, and contributing to the digital transformation of the Indonesian property industry. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining insights into structural maintenance, project estimation, and site management. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Home Repair and Renovation team in daily site supervision and operational workflows.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure construction quality meets our internal standards.
- Support the team in preparing project estimates, material requirements, and progress reports.
- Analyze technical data and assist in the documentation of renovation projects.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth project execution and timelines.
- Identify potential structural issues and propose practical solutions under the guidance of mentors.
- Maintain project database logs and ensure all technical paperwork is up-to-date.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Final year students are preferred).
- Strong understanding of structural engineering, construction management, and material estimation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and project management software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- A proactive mindset with a strong desire to solve complex building and maintenance problems.
- Ability to thrive in a digital-first environment and willingness to adapt to new technologies.
