Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of civil engineering designs, layouts, and drawings for solar PV and BESS projects using CAD software.
- Support the project team in conducting site assessments, feasibility studies, and data collection for new and ongoing renewable energy installations.
- Contribute to the drafting of technical reports, proposals, and tender documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Participate in project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities, assisting with resource allocation and timeline management.
- Learn and apply relevant local and international engineering standards, codes, and safety regulations specific to civil works in renewable energy projects.
- Support the monitoring of project progress, prepare progress reports, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Collaborate closely with senior civil engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution from conceptual design to commissioning.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- A strong academic record and a demonstrable passion for renewable energy, particularly solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems.
- Basic proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) is highly advantageous.
- Fundamental understanding of civil engineering principles, structural design concepts, and construction practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly.
- Proactive, self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
