We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Civil Engineering Manager - Operations to lead our facility infrastructure and ensure the seamless execution of engineering projects within our production sites.
As a key member of our operations leadership team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, upgrade, and construction of critical infrastructure that supports our poultry operations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance technical engineering requirements with operational efficiency and safety compliance. You will oversee a team of engineers and technicians, managing capital projects from conception to completion while ensuring adherence to local building codes and GAMA's high standards of excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all civil engineering infrastructure, including plant facilities, buildings, and production lines.
- Lead and manage capital improvement projects (CIP) and new facility constructions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality specifications.
- Ensure strict compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) standards, building codes, and environmental regulations across all engineering operations.
- Develop and manage the engineering department budget, including procurement of materials, maintenance costs, and contractor payments.
- Collaborate with production and facility management teams to identify engineering needs and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Manage relationships with external contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential engineering hazards and implement corrective measures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing construction or renovation projects.
- Thorough knowledge of Philippine building codes, safety regulations, and construction materials.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD or similar design tools.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
