Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily civil engineering activities and infrastructure projects on mining sites.
- Ensure all construction works comply with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
- Manage project timelines, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure operational continuity.
- Supervise contractors and field teams, providing technical guidance and performance oversight.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare detailed progress reports, budget tracking, and technical documentation for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with mine planning teams to ensure civil support aligns with long-term extraction goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil site supervision, preferably in the mining or heavy construction industry.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, CAD software, and project management tools.
- Strong knowledge of mine site safety standards and operational protocols.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage on-site personnel.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and make critical, on-the-spot decisions.
- Willingness to travel to or work in remote mining project sites as required.
