PT Sambu Indah is seeking a meticulous and professional Civil Engineer to join our team based in our Batam Kota office. This is a critical role for candidates who excel in technical design, project management, and cross-departmental collaboration. As a key member of our engineering division, you will be responsible for ensuring that our office-based projects meet the highest standards of structural integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and review technical drawings, structural designs, and blueprints using CAD software.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including specifications, material lists, and engineering reports.
- Monitor office-based project timelines and ensure deliverables meet internal quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including contractors and site managers, to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Perform structural calculations and feasibility studies for upcoming facility expansions.
- Maintain compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Provide technical support and expertise for ongoing facility maintenance and upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in civil design or project engineering (fresh graduates with strong internship records are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP2000, or similar structural analysis software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian building codes and construction management principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Bahasa Indonesia and basic English).
- Willingness to work on a contract basis in Batam Kota.
