Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end planning, preparation, and execution of mill construction and facility building projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment
- Supervise on-site construction activities, enforcing safety protocols and quality standards
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure cost-effective delivery
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews with detailed documentation
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for complex construction challenges
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in civil engineering with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in managing industrial construction projects, particularly mill facilities
- Strong expertise in construction methodologies, materials, and structural design principles
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE) or equivalent industry recognition
- Advanced proficiency in project management software and CAD/BIM tools
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
