Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering plans and specifications
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures to maintain timelines
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and safety records
- Manage resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment to optimize project efficiency
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure all construction activities adhere to established safety standards
- Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams to ensure high-quality workmanship
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering and site supervision roles
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry standards
- Certification in project management or related field is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in Malaysia
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and project management tools
