Bali Super Host, a leading name in hospitality management, is looking for a dedicated Civil Engineering (Soft Maintenance) professional to join our team in Ubud. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the aesthetic and functional standards of our high-end portfolio, ensuring that our guest experience remains world-class.
As part of our facilities team, you will focus on soft maintenance tasks, ensuring that all physical aspects of our properties—from interior finishes to structural integrity—are kept in pristine condition. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular inspections of property interiors and exteriors to identify maintenance needs.
- Execute minor civil repairs, including painting, wall patching, tiling, and waterproofing.
- Manage preventative maintenance schedules for building fixtures and structural components.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors for major specialized repairs and oversee project quality.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and villa managers to ensure minimal downtime.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance logs, inventory of spare parts, and repair expenses.
- Suggest improvements for property efficiency and aesthetic longevity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property maintenance, facility management, or civil construction.
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and finishing standards.
- Ability to read technical drawings and perform onsite troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with team members and vendors.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high-quality property standard.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ubud, Bali.
