Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct technical site inspections and progress monitoring for civil engineering projects
- Prepare and maintain engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure timely execution
- Implement quality control measures and safety protocols on construction sites
- Analyze technical drawings and blueprints for compliance with engineering standards
- Support project planning and resource allocation under senior engineer guidance
- Report project status, issues, and recommendations to project management
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in civil construction or engineering technician role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing software
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes (SNI) and construction regulations
- Strong analytical skills for technical problem-solving and site troubleshooting
- Certification in construction safety management (SMK3) preferred
- Ability to work in outdoor construction environments and travel to project sites
