PT Central Abadi Nusantara is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineering Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Konawe Utara. In this role, you will be the backbone of our site operations, focusing on the end-to-end design and construction of essential infrastructure required to support large-scale mining activities. As the Site Project Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day engineering operations, ensuring that all projects adhere to strict safety, quality, and environmental standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the mining site to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate site layouts, earthworks, and structural installations according to engineering blueprints.
- Manage and lead a team of site personnel and subcontractors, fostering a culture of safety and productivity.
- Monitor construction progress against project timelines and budget, identifying potential bottlenecks early.
- Perform quality control inspections on raw materials and finished structural works.
- Ensure all site operations adhere to Indonesian occupational health and safety (K3) standards.
- Prepare regular site reports for management regarding progress, resource usage, and logistical challenges.
- Troubleshoot technical site issues in real-time to prevent project delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably within the mining or heavy construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of soil mechanics, surveying, and heavy equipment operation.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD and civil engineering project management software.
- Hold a valid K3 certification (K3 Umum or K3 Konstruksi) is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of managing diverse on-site teams.
- Ability to work in remote locations and adapt to site-based work rotations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
