Tanggung Jawab
- Design and analyze civil engineering structures including buildings, bridges, and infrastructure systems
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during construction phases
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Review and approve engineering designs and calculations for compliance with codes and standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical expertise on complex engineering challenges
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience for Civil Engineers, 5+ years for Senior positions
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent is preferred
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools
- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects
