You will be responsible for monitoring on-site activities, mitigating risks, and ensuring that structural integrity meets company and industry benchmarks. Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor K3 (Health, Safety, and Environment) procedures across all active construction sites.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Supervise daily civil engineering activities, ensuring tasks align with project blueprints and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with site managers to rectify safety hazards immediately and report on non-compliance.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of site safety logs, inspection reports, and civil engineering progress updates.
- Provide training and toolbox talks to workers regarding the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Analyze structural reports to ensure material usage and building methods meet established project quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Occupational Health and Safety (K3).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a construction or civil engineering environment.
- Possession of a valid AK3U (Ahli K3 Umum) certification is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, ISO standards, and construction safety protocols.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and on-site communication skills.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using civil engineering documentation software.
- Ability to work effectively in a contract-based, high-pressure field environment.
