Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and lead civil infrastructure projects, ensuring completion within established timelines and budgetary constraints.
- Supervise daily onsite operations, coordinating with sub-contractors and field crews to maintain maximum productivity.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Develop detailed work schedules and technical documentation for infrastructure execution.
- Resolve technical issues in real-time, providing immediate guidance to the engineering team.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments, including architecture and mining/geology units, to ensure seamless project integration.
- Prepare progress reports for senior management regarding project health, resource allocation, and risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Geological Engineering, or Mining Engineering.
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of professional experience in infrastructure, mining, or large-scale construction projects.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, site logistics, and heavy equipment operation.
- Proven leadership experience in managing field teams and coordinating site activities.
- Proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for technical detail.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; professional proficiency in English is a plus.
