Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with blueprints and technical specifications.
- Evaluate building materials and workmanship to ensure they meet project quality standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with contractors and site supervisors to address and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Prepare detailed daily and weekly progress reports for project management teams.
- Ensure all site activities strictly follow Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.
- Monitor the usage of construction materials to prevent wastage and ensure cost efficiency.
- Conduct final inspection and handover processes upon project completion.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate construction or property development as a site inspector or supervisor.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, building codes, and construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex architectural and structural drawings.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders, including contractors and site workers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in an outdoor/construction site environment.
- Willingness to be based in Bekasi, Jawa Barat.
