Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, direct, and oversee all civil maintenance activities, including repairs, structural inspections, and facility upgrades.
- Manage maintenance budgets, including labor, material costs, and third-party contractor services.
- Ensure full compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations within a chemical processing environment.
- Develop and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules for all site buildings, warehouses, and structural foundations.
- Lead and mentor the site maintenance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Oversee civil engineering projects, from initial design and tendering to final execution and quality control.
- Conduct regular site audits to identify potential structural hazards and implement immediate corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to minimize operational impact during facility maintenance cycles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in civil maintenance within a heavy manufacturing or chemical plant environment.
- Proven expertise in structural maintenance, project management, and site infrastructure planning.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and external vendors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on risk management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
