Tanggung Jawab
- Overseeing all civil maintenance activities and infrastructure development within the Polyester manufacturing plant.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules to ensure operational continuity.
- Managing project budgets for maintenance initiatives and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Conducting regular site inspections to identify potential structural issues, wear and tear, or safety hazards.
- Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of civil technicians and maintenance staff.
- Coordinating with internal production departments and external contractors for facility repairs and renovations.
- Ensuring strict compliance with local safety regulations, OSHA standards, and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in civil maintenance within the chemical or manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience specifically in Polyester or similar chemical plant environments is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction materials, structural integrity, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and MS Office applications.
- Valid certification in safety management or related disciplines is an advantage.
