Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular inspections of civil building structures to identify maintenance needs
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on building foundations, walls, roofs, and other structural elements
- Repair and restore damaged building components to maintain structural integrity
- Monitor building systems for proper functioning and address any issues promptly
- Prepare maintenance reports and documentation for all performed work

- Order necessary materials and equipment for maintenance activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent in civil engineering or related field
- Proven experience in civil building maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of building materials and construction methods

- Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing systems
