As a Civil Maintenance Staff, you will be responsible for the inspection, repair, and maintenance of civil structures and building systems. Your expertise will ensure that our properties remain in optimal condition, providing safe and comfortable environments for occupants. Tanggung Jawab
- Inspect, identify, and report on the condition of civil structures and building systems
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on concrete structures, walls, foundations, and other civil elements
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance services
- Prepare maintenance reports and documentation of work performed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Assist in emergency repairs and maintenance as required
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of materials
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Civil Engineering, Building Maintenance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in civil maintenance or construction
- Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and maintenance techniques
- Basic understanding of structural engineering principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
