In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the oversight and management of all civil engineering activities, ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can lead site operations, manage complex projects, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering department.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all civil engineering activities and site operations to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
- Prepare and manage detailed project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for construction and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian safety regulations, environmental standards, and company quality protocols.
- Supervise the procurement, quality control, and inspection of construction materials to prevent defects.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate with a team of site engineers, technicians, and external contractors.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including architects and operations managers, to resolve technical issues and optimize infrastructure.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce adherence to architectural and engineering designs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in civil site supervision, with specific experience in the manufacturing, chemical, or petrochemical industry being highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
- Valid Professional Engineer (SIP) license in Indonesia.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to safety-first practices.
