Nityo Infotech is partnering with a leading chemical manufacturing client specializing in polyester production to recruit an experienced and highly capable Civil Manager for their manufacturing plant in Purwakarta, Jawa Barat.
In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all civil engineering, structural maintenance, and infrastructure development projects within the plant facility. You will direct a dedicated team and manage external contractors to ensure all civil works are completed safely, efficiently, on budget, and in strict compliance with engineering standards and safety protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all civil engineering, structural design, and infrastructure projects across the polyester manufacturing facility.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including budget estimation, resource allocation, and timelines for civil works.
- Supervise third-party contractors and vendors to ensure construction quality, schedule adherence, and compliance with health and safety (HSE) standards.
- Perform structural integrity assessments and manage routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of plant buildings and foundations.
- Coordinate closely with mechanical, electrical, and plant operations teams to support engineering modifications and plant expansions.
- Ensure all civil engineering activities comply with local Indonesian building codes, environmental permits, and industrial regulations.
- Prepare technical specifications, tender documents, progress reports, and budget forecasts for executive leadership review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university; a professional engineering certification (SKA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional experience in civil engineering, with at least 4 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Proven experience working within heavy industrial environments, preferably in chemical, petrochemical, or polyester manufacturing plants.
- Strong expertise in steel structures, concrete design, soil mechanics, industrial drainage, and foundation works.
- In-depth knowledge of local Indonesian construction regulations, permits, and HSE standards.
- Excellent leadership, project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work on-site full-time in Purwakarta, Jawa Barat.
