PT Petrowidada is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil & Mechanical Supervisor to join our dynamic engineering team in Gresik. As a key player in our infrastructure and maintenance projects, you will be responsible for overseeing complex construction activities, ensuring project milestones are achieved on time, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and technical excellence.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between engineering design and on-site execution. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily on-site civil and mechanical construction activities to ensure alignment with engineering blueprints and project schedules.
- Manage and coordinate performance of subcontractors and field personnel to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Enforce rigorous HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies across all job sites to minimize risk and ensure zero-accident operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify technical bottlenecks and implement effective corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed progress reports for management, highlighting resource utilization, project milestones, and potential risks.
- Ensure that all equipment and materials are stored and used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and project specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve technical conflicts during the execution phase.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory capacity within large-scale construction or industrial settings.
- Proven expertise in reading complex structural and mechanical technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of local industrial safety regulations and construction quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Project).
- Willingness to be based in Gresik, Jawa Timur.
