PT Daaz Bara Lestari is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Officer to join our expanding team in Sulawesi Tengah. As a key member of our engineering and construction department within the mining and energy sector, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and timely execution of our site infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of civil works, from initial design and planning to on-site execution and team supervision. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive Detailed Engineering Designs (DED) and accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for mining infrastructure projects.
- Create and manage detailed construction work schedules to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Supervise and provide technical guidance to on-site construction teams to ensure high productivity and safety standards.
- Monitor and enforce quality control protocols for all structural and civil works.
- Manage material procurement and inventory to avoid project delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report on project progress to the project management team.
- Ensure strict adherence to occupational health and safety (K3) regulations in the mining environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil construction, preferably within the mining, oil, or gas industry.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, or similar project management tools.
- Strong expertise in reading and interpreting technical drawings, BOQ calculations, and project scheduling (MS Project/Primavera).
- Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to manage cross-functional construction crews.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under field conditions.
- Willingness to be stationed in remote mining site locations in Sulawesi Tengah.
