Asticom is looking for a dedicated Civil Planning Engineer to join our high-performing team in Cebu City. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive structural evaluations for new and existing telecom tower sites and rooftop installations.
- Prepare, review, and finalize detailed structural designs and technical drawings for management approval.
- Perform site surveys to assess load-bearing capacities and verify architectural feasibility.
- Ensure all civil works comply with national building codes, local government regulations, and industry-standard safety protocols.
- Manage technical documentation and secure necessary clearances for infrastructure deployment.
- Execute regular quality assurance audits to ensure construction meets design specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and field engineers to resolve structural issues during the planning and construction phases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; Licensed Civil Engineer (CE) preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in structural design or civil planning, specifically within the Telecommunications industry.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, ETABS, or AutoCAD).
- Strong knowledge of Philippine structural codes, building permits, and zoning regulations.
- Proven ability to manage technical approvals and liaise with regulatory bodies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis in Cebu City.
